George Ostrom Jr. passed away on Thursday, August 8th, 2019. Born March 18th, 1928 in Sheridan, Wyoming to George and Gladys, he was raised and went to school in the Sheridan/Big Horn area.

David A. Yalowizer, 67, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. He was born on October 16, 1951, to parents Henry and Shirley (Barber) Yalowizer and was raised at Decker, MT. He attended Squirrel Creek School until the 6th grade when the family moved to Hanna, WY, then to Pequot Lakes, MN where he finished high school. He moved back to Sheridan, WY with his family in 1969.

Violet Louise Ambrose Fitzpatrick, 91, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at her residence.

Richard (Dick) Pallach passed away peacefully, at home, with his love, Jan by his side on August 4th, 2019 at the age of 88.

Irene Helen Cole, 83, passed away on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019 at Sheridan Manor. She was born November 21, 1935, in Sheridan, WY to Frank and Helen (Bocek) Rucki. She grew up and attended school in Sheridan, WY. Irene attended a business school in Rapid City, SD and was transferred to Ellsworth Air Force Base where she was an IBM operator.

Funeral services for Justyn Hall, 14-year-old Buffalo youth who passed away in a diving accident on Saturday will be held Thursday, August 8th at 10:00 a.m. from the Summit Wesleyan Church in Buffalo with Pastors William Dunlap and Stephen Martin officiating. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Gregory Blakely, 65, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at his residence. No Services are planned.

Reo Kimball Barney (81) of Ranchester, Wy. passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Reo was born June 5, 1938, on a farm near Delta, Utah to Avon and Vera (Johansen) Barney. Reo attended Southerland Elementary School and graduated from Delta High School. On May 2, 1956, he married his eternal sweetheart, Paula Turner.

A celebration of the life of Roger Linnett, 77-year-old Sheridan resident who passed away suddenly May 10, 2019, while visiting in Spain, will be held by his family in Sheridan.

David J Hanlin (Dave) was born December 7, 1935, in Douglas Wyoming to Jack and Helen Hanlin. He grew up in Douglas with his brother and best friend Jim. In high school, Dave excelled in football, baseball, and track. His focus was on sports until a tragic fire accident changed his direction from sports to academics. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1954.

Jean Ann Hodges passed away peacefully on Monday, July 29th, 2019 at the age of 66 surrounded by her family and friends. Jean was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She moved to Colorado where she worked for many years at Coors as a Line Specialist. She was also part of the First Aid and HazMat responders teams and taught many classes as a way to share her expertise.

Raymond C. Doyle, 60, died at 12:35 p.m., Friday, July 26th, 2019 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
