Frances P. Ringley

Frances Payson Ringley was born in Newport News, Virginia on April 11, 1972. Her sudden departure on January 6, 2012 has been a shock for which there are no words.
Frannie was a rare and precious presence during her 40 years on this earth, and will remain eternally in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She graduated from The Eastwoods School in Oyster Bay N.Y., St. Timothy's School in Stevenson, MD and attended The University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Her life in Wyoming began as a child at the HF Bar ranch, where she later worked and met her beloved husband Jamie Mayo Ringley, by whom she is survived. Her children, Charlie and Georgina, were the main focus of her life. They represent the essence of her devotion to her family. She was an enormous energy and has left an enormous void.

Frannie was an amazing artist...especially with Portraiture. She had a beautiful singing voice too. She was the embodiment of unconditional love and selflessness. She will be missed.

Other survivors include her father, Bill Payson; her mother, Harriet Van Eps; sisters, Virginia Payson and Elizabeth Payson, adorable niece Lilly Mullen; the entire Ringley family, Tom, Georgina, Tommy, and Kate; her aunt Leslie Provence, and sweet cousin Katherine Grohe.

We will honor her at a service at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, One South Tschirgi in Sheridan at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 with Father John Inserra Officiating.

Donations may be made to a memorial account at Wells Fargo Bank, 424 North Main Street, Sheridan, WY 82801 to benefit her children.
