SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball team are preparing for another weekend of tournament games.

The Lady Generals are coming off a three game trip to Colorado Springs and will host a two day event Friday and Saturday Head coach Frank McCarthy says the games in Colorado Springs did them a lot of good.

They will host a tournament this weekend sponsored by the McCoy Agency of Sheridan.

Teams coming in include North Idaho community college, Salish-Kootenai and the College of Great Falls. Games will be at 5:00 and 7:00 Friday and 1:00 and 3:00 Saturday.

The Generals lost their first game of the year against the 12th ranked team in the country, Monroe college beat the Generals at the Buzzer Head coach Steve Smiley says it was good for the Generals to be in a game like that.

And he says they have several more games against some of the best teams in the country over the next few weeks and gives him the opportunity to evaluate the players and the players are gaining more confidence as they face good teams each night out.

They will be in Powell Friday and Saturday they play NJC from sterling, Colorado and Williston, North Dakota.

They come home for a single game against Eastern Wyoming next Tuesday then join the Lady Generals as the host teams for the annual Sheridan Lions club Thanksgiving classic.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams will open the regular season hosting the Green River teams in a double header at Sheridan high school Friday, November 30th.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers will open the season at a tournament in Powell starting on the 30th.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys are hosting a three day tournament at the Double "AA" starting tonight against North Carolina-Central. All three Cowboy games will tip at 7:00 and can be heard live on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls will play their next regular season game at home game with Denver University Friday.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming football Cowboys have won two straight they play at UNLV Saturday afternoon then end their season with a home game against San Diego state on the 24th.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos are back at home taking on San Diego Sunday afternoon. You can hear it live on KWYO and 87.7 FM pregame is at 12:05 kickoff at 2:00.
