Sheridan College Announces Student Athlete Honorees

Sheridan College has announced that eight students received athletic honors this year.

Athletic Director Rich “Bubba” Hall said the college is incredibly proud of these students’ achievements, adding they are outstanding student athletes and great representatives of Sheridan College in the region.

Honorees include the following:

Elizabeth Pickett of Ogden, Utah, was selected for the First Team All-Region in women’s soccer, and Kieli Stults of Cheyenne made the Second Team All-Region.

From the men’s soccer team at Sheridan College, Marques Scott of Narol, Canada, made the First Team All-Region, and Tanner Smith of Northglenn, Colorado, was selected for the Second Team All-Region.

On the Sheridan College women’s basketball team, Madison Roush made First Team All-Region. From the men’s team, JoVon McClanahan of Vallejo, California, made Second Team All-Region and was selected as the 2020 Outstanding Athlete for Sheridan College. Marcus Stephens of Tacoma, Washington, made Honorable Mention All-Region.

Sheridan College student athlete Coby Johnson of Shelley, Idaho, won the Central Rocky Mountain Region title in bull riding this year.
