During his report to the Buffalo City Council, Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder reported that three businesses failed recent tobacco compliance checks and sold to an underage buyer.

On January 22nd, Sgt. Seth Marbry and Sgt. Casey Farris conducted the compliance checks at 19 local businesses, and three businesses, the Good 2 Go store, Big Horn Co-op, and the Maverik store, all sold tobacco products to the underage buyer and were issued citations.

For his end-of-the-month report for January. Chief Carder said there were nearly 1,200 incidents in the city; just under 3,000 calls handled by dispatch; and no animal calls in the county for the ACO.
