The Wyoming Water Supply Outlook for February has been issued, and James Fahey is a Hydrologist with the Wyoming office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, or NOAA, discusses how all the state's rivers are at 80% or well above average.

With such good levels before the big spring thaws set in, how does he see water availability into the summer?
