Wyoming Culinary Institute Open For Summer Lunch

The Wyoming Culinary Institute (WCI), Sheridan College's student-operated restaurant, is part of the Culinary Arts program's Practicum IV class which endorses student's on-the-job learning and training. This restaurant will be open Monday through Friday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. now through July 29.

WCI's menu presents a variety of featured entrees including crab mac-n-cheese, fettuccine chicken alfredo, and beef fajitas, and appetizers such as mozzarella sticks, fried mac-n-cheese bites, and spinach artichoke dip. There is also a children's menu, an assortment of soups and salads, and a rotating selection of daily specials.
