Wyoming Community College Commission Holds Budget Meeting

The Wyoming Community College Commission held a meeting for their 2013/2014 biennial budget Friday in Sheridan at the Watt Agricultural Center on the campus of Sheridan College. Three core areas that were addressed by the Commission that certainly affect all 7 of the state's community colleges, including the Northern Wyoming Community College District, were funding for enrollment growth, cost of living adjustments and capital construction requests.

Sheridan College President Dr. Paul Young says that there are many steps yet to be taken before they know for certain how much funding will be received by whom.

All 7 of the Presidents for the state's community college's have been in Sheridan this week to attend the Community College Commission's meeting.
