The City of Sheridan Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council the final plat for the Wrench Ranch Phase Two Subdivision that consists of dividing 17 acres into two separate tracts. City Planning Director Robert Briggs explains how the two tracts will be developed.

The final plat will now go before the City Council for consideration at an upcoming meeting. The commission also approved the Daisy Subdivision, that divides over 43,000 square feet into three lots at 1239 4th Avenue East. The applicant, Paul Del Rossi, requested the subdivision of the existing one acre tract into three lots for residential development.
