Buffalo Council Receives Projects Update

The Buffalo City Council was given an update on a number of city projects that are underway or will be shortly.

City Works Director Les Hook spoke to the council at their last meeting, saying the South Burritt project is going fairly well so far, with estimates at it being about a week behind schedule .
Most of the new water line has been installed and crews will begin installing storm drains.
Roto-milling has been completed on the north end of the project.

Hook also gave an update on a change on the south water tank and pipeline project.

There will be a construction meeting on that project at the engineer's office this Wednesday, April 9th, with construction tentatively set to begin Monday, April 21st.
