Wind Energy Could Eventually Generate Billions For The State

More than 600 people attended the Governor's Wind Symposium in Laramie earlier this month, which was an opportunity for stakeholders to engage in discussion about the future of wind energy and development in the state of Wyoming.

Ron Lehr is the Western Representative for the American Wind Energy Association, and he attended the two day symposium and says a lot of interesting things were discussed.

Lehr said that the money generated from the wind turbines would be a tremendous source of wealth for the state, but the trick is to develop it in a way that satisfies everybody.
