Whitney Plaza Two Rezone

The Whitney Plaza Two rezone was approved on first reading in the form of an ordinance Monday night by the Sheridan City Council.

The ordinance is a request to rezone 8,200 square feet located at 421 East Brundage Street next to the ice rink from R-3 to a Planned Unit Development. City Community Development Director Brian Craig.

The ordinance must be approved two more times before the area can be rezoned from R-3 to a PUD. Craig said the proposed plat and PUD amendment will be considered following the third and final reading of the zoning change.
