Wells Fargo Donates To Local Non-Profits

Five local non-profit agencies got a boost Wednesday morning thanks to Sheridan’s Wells Fargo Bank. The Bank solicited applications from several smaller non-profit agencies in the community and gave a total of $4,000 to the five that were chosen. Wells Fargo President Anthony Spiegelberg.

Those groups receiving donations yesterday were the Tongue River Valley Community Center, the Sheridan Free Clinic, the Downtown Sheridan Association, the Sheridan High School Booster Club, and Joey’s Flyfishing Foundation.

Should have plenty

They should have plenty to hand out, after all the money Wells Fargo took from the recent government bailout of the banks (TARP). Mystifies me as to why the people of this country haven't taken to the streets, too busy watching American Idol I guess.
