This Week's Poll Question

Ten years ago the United States launched the Iraq War. Saddam Hussein and his regime are long gone, but it wasn't without a price.

Nearly, 4500 American troops have died there and another 30,000 have been wounded. Over two trillion dollars have been spent on combat operations and reconstruction efforts, increasing our deficit.

The cost has also been high for the people of Iraq, as well, with estimates ranging from 100,000-600,000 casualties.

This week's Bank of Sheridan/Sheridan Media Poll Question is: “Today, do you support the war in Iraq that began 10 years ago?”

We want to hear from you. To cast your vote, log on to, click on the poll question banner on the home page and feel free to leave appropriate comments. Then, be sure to tune in to Public Pulse at 9:10 a.m. Friday on Newstalk 930, KROE, to hear the results and discussion on the Jackson Electric Open line.
