It's time once again to take a look back at some of the top stories from this past week with our Sheridan Media Week in Review.

The Sheridan City Council Monday night approved the purchase of a loader mounted snow blower in the amount of $188,800. City of Sheridan Public Works Director Nic Bateson.


The City of Sheridan began advertising for the vacant council seat for ward three. The City Council elected to open the position up to any city resident now that the council positions are at-large. City Clerk/Acting Treasurer Scott Badley says those interested in the position will have a little over a month to submit their application to the City.


Officials with Sheridan County have begun to prepare for localized flooding by filling sandbags at the Road and Bridge shop. County Public Works Director Rod Liesinger says that there are several areas that they pay close attention to this time of year.
