It's time once again to take a look back at some of the top news stories from this past week with our Sheridan Media Week in Review.

The Sheridan City Council held a special meeting where they awarded the City's last bar and grill license to the Historic Sheridan Inn. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has more.


The annual Christmas Stroll in downtown Sheridan once again took place the day after Thanksgiving. The Stroll is the kickoff to the holiday shopping season and offered up everything from hay and trolley rides to a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Sheridan Media also had the opportunity to interview a Sheridan woman to find out the true identity of Mrs. Claus.


Governor Matt Mead says Wyoming has to make it a priority to give state employees a pay raise. Mead unveiled his state budget recommendations for the coming two-year budget cycle on Friday. Mead's proposed $3.4 billion general fund budget calls for nearly $50 million for employee pay raises.
