Weather Service Issues Update On The Fire West Of Buffalo

The National Weather Service issued an update on wildfires in the state this morning, including the fire west of Buffalo in the Bighorn Mountains that has been burning since Monday.

The Muddy Creek Fire #2 is located roughly 14 miles southwest of Buffalo and as of this morning had burned 10 acres.

No other information is available at this time, and we are awaiting a report from Johnson County Fire Chief Wes Johnson who will update the situation on the fire as soon as he can.
