Posted in

On April 20-21 in Jackson, Wyoming, the annual Wyoming English as a Second Language Conference will be organized by Jenna Shim. Shim is a professor at the University of Wyoming and pursues to coordinate the English Language Learner (ELL) program at UW.

This year’s conference will include speakers such as Claude Goldenburg from Stanford University and Susan B. Neuman, professor of childhood and literacy education at New York University. The event itself allows educators from anywhere come down and learn more about teaching ELLs. The main focus of this event gives teachers more skills in order to teach their students for English as their second language.
