Unitarian President to Dedicate New Church

The Unitarian Church in Sheridan.

A small group of Sheridan residents teamed up last summer to acquire a building at 1950 Brundage Lane. That building has since been converted into a Unitarian Church, which will be the site of a special dedication this evening. Event Organizer Chuck Graves says that the President of the Unitarian-Universalist Association, the Reverend Peter Morales is in town to dedicate the building and to celebrate the determination of the Sheridan Fellowship.

Graves said that Reverend Morales will dedicate the building with a tree planting ceremony at 4:30 pm at the Church, followed by a pot-luck dinner at 6, and a dedication address and sermon by Morales at 7 o'clock. Graves said that anyone from the public is welcome to attend the event.

Glad to see!

I'll try this again...
I'm very glad to see this church making a home in town. One thing we could use more of here is love and acceptance! Wish I could have joined you for the potluck and dedication.

I am very curious why this comment was not posted. What on earth could have been wrong with that!?

Missing post

I think I saw this post come through a day or so ago, but I couldn't find the original when I looked for it today. Perhaps I accidentally deleted it instead of approving it. Sorry about that.

I guess my comment was somehow deemed inappropriate. Interesting.
