UPDATE 4:46 pm: Sheridan Fire-Rescue Fire Marshall Brian Songer is expected to release the results of the investigation Monday morning.

At approximately 9:36 on Saturday night, Sheridan Fire-Rescue responded to a structure fire at the Probation and Parole Office on Coffeen Avenue. Though it took first responders minutes to extinguish the blaze, investigators are currently on scene as of this afternoon working to determine the cause of the fire, according to SFR Captain Gary Harnish.

Flames and smoke poured out of the windows of the building, sandwiched between the Buggy Bath Car Wash and the UPS Store. No injuries were reported. Sheridan Media will have updates as they become available.
