Two Wyoming Men Arrested In Fort Collins After Shooting

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - Fort Collins police arrested two Wyoming men accused of shooting at people at an apartment complex parking lot. Police say no one was injured when people in a car driving through the apartment complex fired several shots at about 1:40 a.m. Thursday.

Fort Collins police Sgt. Jon Holsten officers arrested 19-year-old Huston Dewhight Stewart and 20-year-old Jarvis Berlerious Lewis, both of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Holsten says investigators believe the shooting stemmed from an incident at a bar hours earlier. Police say Lewis and Stewart were arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault. Stewart also faces charges of illegal discharge of a firearm and prohibited use of weapons.
