Trout Unlimited Sponsors Fly Tying Clinc

Sheridan Media is receiving preliminary reports that fly fishermen in the area are starting to get “The Itch.”

While this week's weather forecasts are sending hints of spring, the Big Horn chapter of Trout Unlimited has organized a free fly tying clinic Saturday. Bob Krumm, event organizer, said this meeting is an official call for fishermen 12 and older to get ready for the season.

Participants can bring equipment from home, but it's not necessary. Krumm said in addition to starting this year's bait supply, there will probably be more than a few fish stories tossed around.

This weekend's fly tying clinic sponsored by Trout Unlimited will be Saturday afternoon from 12:30 to 4:30 at the Downtown Sheridan Association Community Room, which is in the DSA building at the corner of Coffeen and Main Streets.
