Tea Party Draws Crowd To Kendrick Park On Saturday

On April 15th this year organizations around the country held “tea parties” to protest current governmental agendas and fiscal policies. The local event drew a large crowd to downtown Sheridan.

Last Saturday nearly 300 people joined each other in Kendrick Park for a similar event. Organizer April Poley tells us why this second “tea party” was held.

There was live music and a picnic lunch as well as several speakers talking about their views on not only Washington’s fiscal responsibility but that of state and local government, as well.
