Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill held a news conference Tuesday in response to the Wyoming Supreme Court ruling that that the Legislature acted unconstitutionally in January of 2013 when it stripped her office of essentially all responsibility for public education. Hill also stated that she will not run for a second term as superintendent as she will stick to the announcement she made last spring and pursue her bid for governor later this year. Click here to hear the news conference in its entirety.
