Stolen Cheyenne Vehicle Recovered By Sheriff’s Office

On Thursday, Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office recovered a vehicle that was stolen from Cheyenne. Lt. Allen Thompson said that there were 3 individuals involved in the situation.

The adult male that fled the scene was apprehended and identified as Matthew McWilliams. McWilliams was arrested for interference and will face charges in Sheridan County. According to Thompson the two juveniles will face charges elsewhere.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol assisted with this incident. Arrangements are being made to return the stolen vehicle to it’s Cheyenne owner.
