Stimulus Dollars Help Workforce Centers Serve Clients Quicker

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services has used part of the stimulus funds to install large monitors in workforce centers around the state. Workforce Services Director Joan Evans explains how job seekers will benefit from these monitors.

In addition to the monitors, the Workforce Appraisal, a simple questionnaire that assesses the needs of clients, has been created to help pre-screen job seekers for programs where they may be able to become enrolled.

Evans said that those interested in viewing the educational video or learning about any of the services that they offer, are encouraged to stop by their local workforce center.
