State Treasurer Mark Gordon provided an update Monday while he was a guest on our news talk show Public Pulse in regard to the $300-million renovation of the State Capitol and Herschler Building in Cheyenne that’s slated to begin soon.

The project intends to bring the Capitol back to how it looked in the 1920’s, shortly after its last major addition. Along with the renovation, plans are for the building to receive new mechanical, fire-suppression and elevator systems.
