State Departments Merge With Governor's Signature

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services has merged with the Department of Employment. Wyoming Governor Matt Mead signed into law Senate File 120 Friday that officially re-organizes the two agencies into one. Department of Workforce Services Director Joan Evans.
Evans added that the legislation is effective immediately following the session and the target date is July 1st, to have all of the work complete and to be ready to be functioning as one agency, the Department of Workforce Services.
