The application period for the Wyoming Technology Business Center Sheridan Start-Up Challenge entrepreneurship competition ends a week from today. Sheridan WTBC Business Incubator Director Scot Rendall gives a brief overview of what the competition is all about.

Rendall said that the application process is really quite simple.

The competition will culminate with Pitch Night at the WYO Theater in Sheridan on October 29, where three winners will be selected. Those three winners will each receive a $5,000 cash award that will serve as initial working capital for their business. The winners will also be available to apply to a $50,000 seed fund.

Chelsea Paulus, one of the three winners from last year’s competition, has this bit of advice for those that are thinking about applying.

The deadline to apply for the competition is Friday, September 13. You can apply by clicking on the link provided below.
