Special Election Update and Main Street Test Extension on Council’s Radar

The Sheridan City Council will be receiving an update on the possible special election that may be held in reference to Charter Ordinance #2202, the City Administrator Ordinance.

The update will come during the Council’s next regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday night. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller.

The Council will also be considering extending the Main Street Lane Configuration Test by three weeks in order to give City staff and WYDOT time to review the data that is being collected during the test. Responses to the online survey at www.sheridanmainstreet.com have been very favorable, as over 60 percent of the responses have been positive to the three-lane configuration. Council will also be considering a bid award for the expanded design and engineering for the Kendrick Park Pool. The Council meeting will take place at 7 pm Tuesday night on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers.
