The former Boot Barn location at 150 North Main Street in downtown Sheridan is currently being renovated for the future use as a restaurant and brewery.

Property Owner Chris Pope of Bee Tree, LLC, is requesting a license agreement with the City of Sheridan to be able to use a portion of the Smith Street Alleyway to create outdoor seating for the restaurant. During a study session of the Sheridan City Council Monday night, City Administrator Mark Collins said that the City and the property owner are in the process of working on a draft of a license agreement for use of part of the alleyway.

City Public Works Director Lane Thompson said that Pope is requesting an agreement for the first 10 feet of the south side of the alley that will run the length of the building that’s located at 150 N. Main.
