Last Thursday in Cheyenne, the State Lands and Investments Board approved more than $6.2 million in Business Ready grants, including $500,000 for Buffalo's Crazy Woman Square redesign project.

Buffalo City Planner Zach Montgomery said all grant requests through the Wyoming Business Council are forwarded to the SLIB for approval, and although the City of Buffalo knew their BRC Downtown Development Grant would likely be approved, it wasn't official until Thursday.

Montgomery tells us more about the project.

Montgomery tells us where the project goes from here.

Construction is expected to be completed on the first phase in late 2012.
