Sheriff’s Office Continues to Investigate Halloween Night Shooting

The Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate a shooting incident that occurred at 10:30 Saturday night near mile-post 8 on Highway 335 in Sheridan County. According to Sheriff’s Lieutenant Mark Conrad, a gun was fired from a vehicle while passing another vehicle following a driving related confrontation on Hwy 335. The male driver of the vehicle being passed was struck in the neck and subsequently transported to the Sheridan Memorial Hospital by Rocky Mountain Ambulance, where he was treated and expected to recover.

The Sheriff’s Office is looking for a dark colored, possibly dark blue, early to mid 2000's, extended cab, Toyota pick-up truck with Wyoming license plates.
