We begin our look back at some of the top stories of this past week with the announcement that MobileHealthWare of Sheridan received a 1st place award by a panel of health care information technology experts for their innovative mobile software application.

WoundMap PUMP (Pressure Ulcer Management Program), is designed to help health care staff identify and treat pressure ulcers at the bedside.

Marta Ostler, who was part of the team that designed the award winning application, explains what it does.
