Thursday, Sheridan County School District Two was the only school district in the County to not cancel the school day, prompting many parents to wonder why? District Two Superintendent Craig Dougherty explains what factors into their decision.

The first snowpack report of the year for Sheridan County was released, and it showed that despite the recent snow, the snowpack for the Tongue River Basin and Powder River remain below normal. Snowpack statewide also remains below average to date.
