Sheridan Man Arraigned in District Court

An arraignment hearing was held this week in Fourth Judicial District for 24-year-old Kaleb Sorby of Sheridan, who is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver.

District Court Judge John Fenn set the pretrial conference for October 8 at 10, and scheduled the two-day #4 stacked trial to begin on Monday, November 4.

Judge Fenn also continued the bond under the same terms and conditions that were previously set in Sheridan County Circuit Court. Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
