Sheridan County Approves SaddleCrest Subdivision Final Plat

The Sheridan County Commission at their last meeting considered the final plat from SaddleCrest, LLC for a subdivision in the county.

The 229 acre property, known as SaddleCrest Subdivision, will be zoned Rural Residential and consist of 36 single-family residential lots, two open space outlots, and one potential commercial outlot on the lands west of Sheridan.

County Planner Mark Reid explained more about the application at the meeting.

The commission approved the final plat as recommended by the planning commission.
