Sheridan Commission Waives Fees For Airport Renovation

Sheridan Commission Waives Fees For Airport Renovation

The Sheridan County Commission has waived the fees for county review and building permits for the rehabilitation and expansion of the commercial terminal building at the Sheridan County Airport.

Airport Manager John Stopka explained that the fees, if enforced, would essentially be the county paying itself for the review and permits, and recommended the commission waive them.

However, the waiver would not remove the requirement of obtaining them, according to Stopka.

The commission also considered a request for a Leasehold Mortgage between Flying Hammer Holdings LLC, First Federal Bank & Trust, and the county.

The agreement was explained by Stopka.

The commission approved the agreement.
