Sheridan Commission Approves CUP For Catering Business

A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was approved by the Sheridan County Commission at their recent meeting, allowing the petitioner to operate a commissary kitchen for a catering business on her property on West Loucks Street.

Kristen L. Cogswell, Trustee of the Kristen L. Cogswell Revocable Trust, applied for the CUP to operate the kitchen for a catering business and food truck primarily by renovation of existing structures on the site, according to the Public Works Department's Staff Report to the commission.

County Planner Mark Reid explained the conditions of the CUP as outlined and recommended by the planning commission.

The planning commission recommended approval of the CUP with the conditions, and the county commission approved it on their vote as well.
