Sheridan College is hosting a two-part lecture this week focused on how small agricultural practices have global impacts. Keith Klement, Director of Agriculture, sums it up.

Klement said the first lecture, which is free to the public, is Wednesday night from 6 to 7:30 in the C-TEL auditorium, and has strong relevance to anyone interested in health and nutrition from the perspective of land use. The second part of the lectures will be an all day event Thursday.

Klement said the presenter, Dr. Fred Provenza, is a retired professor from the University of Utah and is an internationally renowned speaker.
