Sheridan College Graduation to be May 11

Susan Thomas, founder of The Craig and Susan Thomas Foundation, will be keynote speaker at commencement exercises at Sheridan College this month.

Graduation exercises will be May 11 starting at 1 p.m. at the Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome.

Dr. Paul Young, president of the Northern Wyoming Community College District, said the college invites students' families and friends to the campus to celebrate the graduates' hard work and commitment to higher education.

Graduation exercises will be preceded by two other events earlier that day. The nursing program's pinning exercise will start at 8 a.m., and the dental hygiene program's pinning ceremony will start at 10 a.m. Both will be in Kinnison Hall in the Whitney Center for the Arts.

A Student Success Celebration will be held at Thorne-Rider Campus Center following the graduation ceremonies.

A livestream video of commencement will be available online starting at 1 p.m. May 11 at www.sheridan.edu/commencement.
