Affordable Housing-

While I agree that more affordable housing in Sheridan is needed, I see a problem with the current affordable housing that is already availble.
I currently live in an income based apt on Fith St. The rent on a two bedroom has gone up $120 dollars in a year, and the utility allowance has gone down $40 dollars.
I am a single parent, full time student and I currently work two jobs and can still barely afford $510 a month. On Jan 1st my rent will increase again to $545... I agree that more housing would be nice, but how about helping keep the affordable housing we do have "affordable."
