Small businesses and ranches in Sheridan and Johnson Counties are eligible for special consideration from the Small Business Administration to receive federal disaster loans.

The loans, which boast interest rates of 4 percent for businesses and 3 percent for individuals, and can be extended out as far as 30 years.
