Senator Barrasso Discusses Troop Deployment

U.S. Senator John Barrasso recently spent some time overseas visiting soldiers stationed in the Middle East. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.


U.S. Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming recently traveled overseas to visit with Wyoming National Guard troops serving in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Kosovo. Senator Barrasso, while in Sheridan earlier this week, talked about his trip to the Middle East.

Barrasso said that the soldiers are in a dangerous part of the world.

Barrasso said that he met with members of the Wyoming National Guard's 115th Field Artillery Brigade Forward in the United Arab Emirates. In Kuwait, he met with members of the Wyoming National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery Forward. In Kosovo, he saw members of the Wyoming National Guard's C Company, 1st Battalion, 297th Infantry Regiment.
