The Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority, or SEEDA, will soon release a Request for Proposals for real estate brokers to market property owned by the joint powers board. SEEDA Administrator Robert Briggs said that this is something that they've been discussing for the past year.

SEEDA owns property in the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan and the Sheridan Commercial Park in south Sheridan.
