The Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Joint Powers Board discussed the recent agreement between the City of Sheridan and Artist Neltje that landed the City an additional five acres adjacent to the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan.

SEEDA Administrator Robert Briggs explains that while no formal action was taken by the Board, it was pretty apparent as to what the five acres will end up being used for.

Briggs said that the Board also adopted a policy and procedures manual that will further formalize how SEEDA operates and lay ground rules for how to manage the Hi-Tech Business Park.
