The Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Board approved the sale of 9 acres of land in the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan Wednesday morning. Vacutech out of Centennial, Colorado is the company that purchased the property.

That's SEEDA Board member and Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey, who emphasizes the importance of getting the deal done with Vacutech.

Kinskey says that the company will provide a much needed boost to the local economy.

Kinskey said that Vacutech will work closely with Sheridan College students, and that there will be a groundbreaking ceremony at the Hi-Tech Business Park Thursday afternoon.
