SEEDA and SQCCI Boards to Possibly Meet

The Sheridan Economic and Education Development Authority is still in the process of soliciting proposals for a future tenant of the vacant Hand in Hand Childcare facility in Sheridan. Sheridan College President and SEEDA Chairman Dr. Paul Young says that they are entertaining the idea of meeting with members of the now dissolved SQCCI Board to determine what exactly lead to Hand in Hand's closure after only a year and a half of being open.

The SQCCI Board was in charge of operating the Hand in Hand Center until it was announced that they would cease operations in June. As for the SEEDA Board, they will hold their regular monthly meeting tomorrow morning at 7 am at Sheridan College.
