Special Prosecutor Assigned to Ex-sheriff's Son's DUI Case

A special prosecutor has been assigned to the drunken driving case involving the former Campbell County sheriff's son.

The Gillette News Record reports the Campbell County Commission appointed Johnson County prosecuting attorney Tucker Ruby to the case Tuesday.
