Rooted in Wyoming to Host Unique Fundraiser

Rooted in Wyoming will be hosting a unique fundraiser a week from this Saturday. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Rooted in Wyoming, a nonprofit that is dedicated to building and nurturing school and community gardens in Sheridan County and beyond, will be holding their 2nd annual Hoedown and Farm-to-Table fundraiser Saturday, September 22 from noon to 4 pm at the Lazy JA Ranch east of Sheridan on US Highway 14. Rooted Executive Director Bonnie Gregory talks about the farm-to-table supper that will be one of the highlights of the Hoedown.

Gregory said that there will be music and plenty of activities to go along with the good grub.

Tickets are available for purchase online, or you can purchase your ticket at the door the day of the event. Ticket prices are $25 for adults, $10 for children 12 years of age and under, and kids under age three, get in free. Tickets can be purchased by following the link provided below.
